  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products with custom embroidery, logos, or alterations.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email at infinatecleansolutions@gmail.com. Include your order number and relevant details in your communication.

2. Late Cancellations

After the initial 24-hour window, cancellations are subject to approval. Late cancellations may incur a restocking fee or other charges, depending on the circumstances. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order beyond the initial period.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled within the specified time frame, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Customized Orders: Orders with custom embroidery, logos, or alterations cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return following our Return Policy.
